General
The General section under Settings covers your personal profile and workspace preferences.
Profile
Go to Settings → General → Profile to manage your personal account details.

| First Name | Your display first name across the platform |
| Last Name | Your display last name |
| Your account email address (read-only) | |
| Role | Your role within the organisation (read-only, set by admin) |
| Photo | Upload a profile photo so teammates can recognise you |
Click Save after making changes.
Preferences
Go to Settings → General → Preferences to configure personal workspace settings such as timezone, date format, and notification preferences.
