Organization Settings
Organization settings are managed by Organization Admins. These settings affect the entire organisation and all projects within it.
Go to Settings → Organization to manage the sections below.
General
Overview
The Overview panel shows the top-level identity of your organisation.

| Name | Display name of your organisation shown across the platform |
| Organization ID | Read-only unique identifier for your org |
| Description | Optional description of your organisation |
| Allowed Domains | Email domains whose users can join this organisation. Click Add Domain to whitelist a new one |
| Generate Join Organization Link | Creates a unique invite link valid for 24 hours. Share it to onboard new members |
| Organization Owner | The primary owner with full administrative control. Click Change Owner to transfer ownership |
Users
View and manage all users in the organisation — invite new members, change roles, or deactivate accounts.
Teams
Create and manage teams to group users for easier assignment and notification targeting.
Global Notifications
Configure organisation-wide notification channels and the events that trigger them (e.g. case assigned, case overdue, workflow executed).
Mail Merge
Set up mail merge templates used for bulk email communications from cases.
Integrations
Connect third-party services to the organisation. Available integrations include Microsoft Teams, Slack, email (SMTP), e-sign providers, and SSO.
Configuration
Project Setup
Configure organisation-level defaults for projects — default project types, visibility rules, and creation permissions.
Case Config
Define case-level defaults across the organisation — case types, statuses, priorities, and field defaults.
Terminology
Customise how core platform entities are labelled. See Custom Terminology for details.
Security
Policies
Define security and access rules for the organisation — password policy, session timeout, 2FA enforcement, and IP allowlists.
Audit Logs
A full record of all activity in the organisation. Filter by date, user, action type, or resource. Export as CSV or Excel for compliance purposes.
