Audit Logs

Audit Logs provide an immutable record of user and system activity across your organization. Every action is captured with full context for compliance, security, and accountability.

Audit logs are read-only and cannot be edited or deleted.

Accessing Audit Logs

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Open the Security section
  3. Click Audit Logs

Log Columns

Each audit log entry contains the following fields:

ColumnDescription
TimestampDate and time the action occurred
User EmailEmail address of the user who performed the action
ActionThe specific action taken
StatusWhether the action succeeded or failed
CategoryThe area of the system the action belongs to
SourceHow the action was initiated (e.g., UI, API)
IP AddressIP address of the user at the time of the action

Use the Columns button to show or hide individual columns.


Filtering Logs

Use the filter controls at the top of the log table to narrow results:

FilterDescription
Start Date / End DateDate range for the log entries
User EmailFilter by a specific user
StatusFilter by Success or Failure
ActionFilter by a specific action type
CategoryFilter by the area of the system
SourceFilter by how the action was initiated
Search logsFree-text search across log entries

Click Apply to run the filters, or Clear to reset all filter fields.


Export

Export audit log data in the following formats:

  • Excel
  • CSV
  • PDF
