Navigating the Platform

Once you've signed in to Avikto, here's what you'll see and how to navigate.

The Main Layout​

The Avikto interface is divided into three main sections:

The sidebar contains quick access to all major sections:

  • Dashboard — Overview of your workspace
  • Components — Browse the component library
  • Projects — Organize and manage component projects
  • Libraries — Manage component libraries
  • Templates — Access component templates
  • Theming — Customize colors and styles
  • Documentation — Create and manage docs
  • Examples — View usage examples
  • Integrations — Configure external integrations
  • Search — Find components and resources

Top Navigation Bar​

The top bar shows:

  • Organization name and logo
  • Your profile/avatar (top right)
  • Quick access buttons
  • Notifications bell icon

Main Content Area​

This is where you'll work:

  • View and edit components
  • Manage projects
  • Create documentation
  • Configure settings

User Profile Menu​

Click your avatar or profile in the top right to access:

  • My Profile — Update your information
  • Settings — Change password, preferences, 2FA
  • Notifications — Configure notification settings
  • Sign Out — Log out of Avikto

Dashboard​

The Dashboard is your workspace overview. It shows:

  • Recent components you've worked on
  • Team activity and updates
  • Quick stats about your projects
  • Shortcuts to frequently used features

You can customize what appears on your dashboard.

Use the Search feature to quickly find:

  • Components by name or tag
  • Specific resources
  • Documentation pages
  • Team members

Just click the search box (or use Ctrl+K / Cmd+K) and type.

Notifications​

The bell icon in the top right shows:

  • Updates to components you're watching
  • Team invitations and mentions
  • System announcements
  • Activity from your projects

Click the bell to view and manage your notifications.

Help & Support​

Look for a Help button or ? icon throughout the interface for:

  • Contextual help
  • Tooltips
  • Links to documentation
  • Support contact options
