Favorites

Mark your most-used Projects, Cases, Templates, and Dashboards as favorites for quick access. Your favorite items appear at the top of lists and in dedicated sections throughout the platform.

Marking Items as Favorites​

Each item in Avikto displays a star icon. Click it to add or remove items from your favorites.

Favorite items include:

  • Projects — Quick access to your active projects
  • Cases — Bookmark important cases you reference frequently
  • Templates — Pin templates you use most often
  • Dashboards — Save your preferred dashboard views
  • Queues — Follow the queues that matter to you

Your Favorites Dashboard​

Your home page includes a Favorites section showing:

  • Recently starred projects
  • Important cases you're watching
  • Templates you create with most often
  • Custom dashboards you've built

Organization​

Favorites help you:
