eSign Integration
Enable electronic signature workflows directly from cases. Agents can send documents for e-signature and track signing status without leaving Avikto.
Avikto supports three e-signature providers. Only one provider can be active at a time.

| DocuSign | Send, sign, and manage legally binding documents using DocuSign e-signature |
| SignNow | Streamline document signing workflows with SignNow integration |
| Dropbox Sign | Request legally binding e-signatures and automate signing workflows |
Setup
- Go to Settings → Organisation → Integrations → eSign
- Select your eSign provider (DocuSign, SignNow, or Dropbox Sign)
- Enter provider credentials and authorize
- The Signed Documents tab becomes active on cases
Using eSign
- Open a case and go to Signed Documents
- Upload the document and select signatories
- Send for signature — signatories receive an email with a signing link
- Track signing status in real time
- Completed documents are stored on the case automatically
