Collaboration Integration

Connect Avikto to messaging platforms to deliver case notifications via webhooks. Keep your team informed in the tools they already use without switching context.

Microsoft Teams​

Send automated notifications to a Microsoft Teams channel using an incoming webhook:

  1. Go to Settings → Organisation → Integrations → Collaboration
  2. Select Microsoft Teams
  3. Paste the incoming webhook URL from your Teams channel
  4. Save — Avikto will post notifications to that channel

Slack​

Send automated notifications to a Slack channel using an incoming webhook:

  1. Go to Settings → Organisation → Integrations → Collaboration
  2. Select Slack
  3. Paste the incoming webhook URL from your Slack channel
  4. Save — Avikto will post notifications to that channel
