Core Platform

The Core Platform contains the essential features for managing work in Avikto. This section covers the two main building blocks — Projects (workspaces for different streams of work) and Cases (individual units of work within projects) — along with how to use them effectively.

What's in this section

TopicWhat you'll learn
ProjectsHow to create, configure, and manage separate workspaces. Set up queues, dashboards, templates, and team access.
CasesHow to manage individual cases — from creation to resolution. Track history, add interactions, attach documents, and coordinate with your team.

Key Concepts

  • Project: An isolated workspace for a specific stream of work with its own cases, queues, team, and configuration
  • Case: An individual unit of work that flows through your project's stages
  • Queue: A processing stage where cases wait for action (e.g., Intake, Review, Approved)
  • Case Template: A predefined form structure for consistent data capture
  • Dashboard: Project-specific metrics and visualizations of case flow
